Stemming from my background in Secondary Education, I enjoy sharing my love of the outdoors with everyone. I believe the forest is a welcoming place for everyone who wants to share in Her space. I'm excited to provide you opportunities to learn more about Forest Bathing, stories and goodies from the beeyard, and a few adventures in between. As a mom and an athlete, I also enjoy sharing occasional tales of our beautiful, funny kids, my multi-talented Norwegian husband, and the lovely friends we meet up with along the way.

My mission is simple and sincere: to share my experiences in Forest Bathing, raising honeybees, and being a steward for the Earth; to engage readers so that they too will have compassion for all the gifts the Earth shares.
My hope is to connect people with something good and natural that they can take with them after they leave the Woods, until they come again.
